What does your company do as a contract mortgage processor?
We provide full-service third-party mortgage processing support. Our team handles the day-to-day administrative tasks from loan submission to closing — allowing you to focus on origination and growing your business. We manage documentation, verifications, third-party orders, condition clearing, and pre-closing coordination.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Holiday hours may vary.
Which types of loans do you process?
We process a wide range of residential loan types including:
Conventional (FNMA/FHLMC), FHA, VA, Non-QM, Jumbo, DSCR.
Do you integrate with our Loan Origination System (LOS)?
Yes, we work with most major LOS platforms through Arive.
How does the handoff process work?
Once you’ve taken the loan application and received initial borrower documents:
1. You’ll receive ongoing updates at every key milestone.
2. You submit the loan file to us via your LOS or secure email/upload portal.
3. We review the file, request any missing documentation, and begin processing immediately.
How often will I receive status updates?
We provide real-time updates via your preferred method: email, LOS notifications, shared pipeline reports, or weekly check-ins. You’re never in the dark — transparency is a top priority.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Our standard processing milestones:
Initial review & document request: within 24 hours
Submission to underwriting: 48–72 hours
Condition clearing: 24–72 hours (depending on borrower responsiveness)
We aim to help you close most loans in 21 days or less when all parties are responsive.
Do you communicate directly with borrowers?
Yes — if you authorize us to do so. We can contact borrowers for missing documents, clarification, and condition follow-ups. You can choose the level of borrower interaction you’re comfortable with.
How are you compensated?
Per file flat fee; Borrower-paid
